Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.
A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the minimum free shipping threshold.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product. Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
